TATA!!! *Drumroll.....*

Introducing...'t Inventielke (In-ven-til-keh)! A Street Band From Holland!

They came to Miri to perform at the Intenational Jazz Festival..16 of them came all the way here and WE,CHMBB members had the chance to have a JAMMING session with them on Friday,8/5/08..! Woo! We played Bare Necessarities,Crazy Little Things & El-Cumbanchero..Also,we played the birthday song for two members who were celebrating their birthdays on the same day..!

It was so much fun hanging out with them..we learned to enjoy and unwind ourselves when playing music..what makes them so special is their GROOVY dance moves..and we got to learn some of them..! *Vliegen Vliegen! up up down down up up down down left left right right turn around cover eyes hit butt* (don't noe what i'm talking about? check out the video at the end of this post..!)

Above is their 3rd CD..Any band which produces their own CD's are definitely good ones..

Guess how they knew about our band? Through YOUTUBE..! They saw our competition video and thought we were magnificent..so they requested to play some music together..what an honour it was to meet them in person..! And we might even be going to Holland to meet them in the future..Booyah..!

At night..some of us band members were at the Jazz Festival to support them..we were so crazy about them..! before they performed,they even asked us to dance with them during their performance..AND WE DID! it was so so so so fun.. Here is a collage of the members that came to Miri..They're a fun bunch..they have members as young as 16 y/o and as old as 70 y/o..what's even more amazing is that the sousaphone player claims to be an ex-blue devil drum corps member..! Cool eh??
